Air Conditioning Technician

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Meticulous attention to detail in performing installations, maintenance, and repairs
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Install new air conditioning systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure all installations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Clean, inspect, and replace filters, belts, and other components as necessary.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in air conditioning systems.
- Replace defective parts and components.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing technical support.
- Explain repair, installation, and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Complete work orders and service reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
