AML Compliance Officer
$120,000 – $150,000
Invenio are assisting a leading law firm hire an AML Officer. The post holder will be responsible for AML across the organization, specifically:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the provision of AMLCO and MLRO/DMLRO services
- Liaise with and respond to requests from relevant regulatory bodies and authorities
- Oversee AML compliance for client investment entities
- Act as the main point of contact for all suspicious activity reports
- Take responsibility for reporting suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
- Conduct periodic reviews of client AML/KYC processes and arrange regular audits as necessary
To successfully apply you need 5 years experience in Compliance and Risk in the Cayman Islands, ideally as an AML Officer. Prior experience in financial services is a plus. Qualifications such as a Bachelors degree, ACAMS (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
