Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services to public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking an Assistant HR Manager and Head of Recruitment and Employee Engagement to join their growing team in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of HR in Singapore, you would be responsible for assisting in the general HR management of the Singapore business as well as leading the recruitment and talent attraction activities for the Singapore organisation. This will include the end-to-end recruitment programme for a large blue-collar workforce across the full employment lifecycle, as well as managing recruitment campaigns, referral, and joining programmes for onboarding.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record leading high-volume recruitment campaigns for technicians, cleaning, and security staff amongst other vocations. You will have worked in a client-led HR role previously and may have prior recruitment agency or RPO experience. You will be familiar with local Singapore employment regulations and employment practices.
