Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies & procedures.
  • Manage recruitment process, work permits, onboarding, and benefits packages.
  • Maintain employee records & monthly payroll
  • Ensure office efficiency.
  • Liaise between senior management & employees 
  • Supervise Facilities and Operations Administrators on all projects.
  • Provide direct administrative support (scheduling appointments, booking travel, shipping packages etc.)

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in Personnel/Human Resources
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience as a strong HR Business Partner/ HR management experience
  • Proven experience in the development of HR strategies/projects, policy, and procedural development.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
  • Payroll and Change management experience.
