Our client is a leading Global Engineering Design Consultancy. Having experienced strong growth over the last few years, and following client demand, they are seeking to develop a team in Singapore with a strong Director or Associate Director level candidate capable of winning and delivering highly complex engineering projects in Singapore and the region.

With an established team already in place in Australia servicing their work locally, the primary focus of this position will be to service their existing portfolio of projects in Singapore as the business representative, and then to develop a local team of Engineers. You will also be expected to utilise your existing network to develop new opportunities for them, both domestically in Singapore, as well as further afield in the region.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and ideally have their Professional Engineer certification, although this is not prerequisite. You will have both strong technical delivery capabilities, and be able to organise projects with a remote delivery team function, as well as have strong commercial acumen and work-winning capabilities to be able to establish and develop a sustainable business locally in Singapore.
