Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

With increasing demand for QS and Cost Management services across their business, they are currently seeking an Associate Director level candidate to join their busy team to assist the Director in leading their Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy Division.

As Deputy Head of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a team of QS’s and Cost Managers across a variety of projects ranging from High Tech Manufacturing and Data Centres to Corporate Office Interiors and Hotel Refurbishments. You will also be responsible for helping to drive new business activities and creating opportunities for growth in the organisation. You will support in client management activities, as well as effective work distribution and allocation of team members, alongside delivering your own portfolio of work.

The successful candidate will be Qualified in Quantity Surveying, ideally with RICS or SISV qualifications although this is not a prerequisite. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of QS and Cost Management services across a variety of projects and be able to lead and develop a team and business.
