Job Description:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality and value-added services to a diverse portfolio of insurance clients, ranging from small independently owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing: Manage all aspects of servicing a portfolio of insurance clients in compliance with top-tier regulatory standards. Ensure that company quality, growth, and service standards are consistently met.

2. Financial Expertise: Utilize your accounting qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACMA) or extensive finance background to provide expert financial advice and solutions to clients.

3. Autonomous and Team Work: Comfortably work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Take ownership of your portfolio, attend to details, and meet deadlines consistently.

4. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills to handle diverse clients, industries, and risks. Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACMA) or experienced finance professional.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, compliance, client development, and technology in the insurance sector.
