Responsibilities:

• Analyze, understand, and document existing Business as Usual processes.
• Work with the business teams to specify requirements for process improvements and systems developments.
• Research and make recommendations on new or alternate technology solutions to enhance or reimagine existing processes.
• Assist in the creation and monitoring of System integration and User Acceptance Testing plans for new solutions.
• Understand and work within the confines of company local and global policies.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials for new solutions.

System/Process Development:

• Use of ETL Tools such as Alteryx and Power Automate to move data from manually maintained spreadsheets and processes into controlled environments and applications.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports of internal MI purposes.

Required:

• Strong communication skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience of system testing, either as an analyst or business user.
• Familiarity with Process mapping methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Experience of working within a Managed Project environment.
• Power Applications Including PowerBI and Power Automate.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Development and Administration.
• SharePoint including form creation.
• Familiarity with Document Management solutions.
