Responsibilities

• Working alongside Partners and Fee Earners to develop strategy, budgets, and market plans.
• Identifying opportunities across the relevant jurisdictions and regions and keeping up with changing market trends.
• Leading internal monthly and quarterly business development meetings.
• Supporting, managing and monitoring legal practice groups; ensuring they have goals and are tracking progress against agreed strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement the key client programme.  
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on events, marketing opportunities and communications

Requirements:

• Educated to A level or equivalent.
• Ideally have completed a professional/relevant qualification in Marketing.
• Planning and strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Demonstrate expertise in event production, vendor negotiation, event contract procedures, logistics and audience management.
• Being confident, resilient and pragmatic with the ability to adapt
• Being proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Being well organized and deliver to a consistently high standard.
• Being a supportive and committed team player.
• Ability to demonstrate experience of building a collaborative environment.
