Their new venture includes a cultural arts centre, artisan workshops and boutique retail spaces for local artists and craftsmen, as well as exciting new F&B concepts from around Singapore, all located on a heritage site close to the hustle and bustle of the city. As such, they are seeking an experienced Centre & General Manager for the new venture, likely with a Mall Management background, capable of developing a thriving community of local businesses.

The successful candidate will have a background in Property General Management, ideally with unique environments and be very in tune with the local business marketplace. You will be responsible for marketing and events, leasing and tenancy management, property and facilities management, housekeeping, cleaning and security. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to work closely with the owners and investors, as well as be able to engage with the local business community and surrounding residents. You will have a strong blend of commercial acumen, real estate management and a passion for community focussed projects.
