Responsibilities:

• Three (3) years of experience must have been in information system design.
• Significant expertise in high-availability systems, clustering, failover, and business continuity is also required.
• Candidates should also have in-depth experience in designing and implementing information solutions and hands-on experience in implementing data and analytics management programmers.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a data analyst is highly desirable.
• Evidence of effective conceptualization, pattern recognition and teaming skills presentation and facilitation skills design-thinking skills business domain, data/content and process understanding system integration experience, including interface design, and web-oriented architecture techniques data modelling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models understanding of the differences between relational modelling and object modelling understanding of meta-models, taxonomies and ontologies as well as the challenges of applying structure techniques to less structured sources; familiarity with MDM, BI and data warehouse design and implementation techniques knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create marketing and messaging materials that meet stake holder preferences and the ability to analyses project and portfolio needs as well as to determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.

Required:

• A Master’s Degree in the Design of Information Systems or similar is highly desirable
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management plus a minimum of seven (7) years post-graduate experience in information systems
• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management plus a minimum of ten (10) years post-graduate experience in information systems
• More mature entrants with thirteen (13) years of relevant database administration/advanced IT experience and related post high school education if an aptitude for systems architecture work is evident.
