Responsibilities:

• Ensure that infrastructure is safe, sustainable, reliable, and operational within all buildings.
• Work closely with all departments to develop a strategic infrastructure plan.
• Oversee the company’s seawater pumping station, tanks, and systems to ensure all are well-maintained and functioning.
• Create contractual arrangements for outsource contractors and landscaping services.
• Manage purchase orders for large infrastructure items.
• Oversee capital project planning, procurement, and execution for construction of refurbishment of buildings, landscapes, and facilities.
• Manage and lead procurement of security services.
• Receive, disseminate, and act upon Incident Reports.
• Build, maintain, and manage an engaged team.
• Analyze monthly financial reports to determine and improve the commercial success of projects.
• Negotiate equipment, construction, and maintenance procurement and monitoring vendor performance.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of ten years’ related experience.
• Significant experience in a complex infrastructure institution involving high-powered high-capacity mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Hands-on experience in systems comprising of: engineering, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to understand and interpret invoices and general inventory principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Accounting system experience would be advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented, a strong team player, able to strategize, and excellent at managing multiple deadlines.
