Client Relationship Officer
Salary $55,000 – $62,000 KYD
Invenio are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our clients Wealth & Corporate Relationship Management team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support wealth managers, and build strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a sound understanding of financial sector instruments and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

• Support wealth managers in delivering exceptional customer service to clients
• Process client requests and transactions efficiently and courteously
• Maintain and build relationships with existing clients in line with company strategy
• Ensure adherence to KYC onboarding requirements and compliance policies
• Generate and monitor relevant reports, ensuring timely processing of standing orders, coupon payments, and withdrawal requests
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures for carrying out client transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly
• Deliver customer service at the highest standards, following company guidelines
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
• Sound understanding of financial sector instruments and the regulatory environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to understand and address customers’ individual needs and requirements
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• High level of enthusiasm
