Client Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective management and support.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee and manage client-related documentation and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business development and client retention.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Must be a Caymanian with proof of residency or citizenship.
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, personable demeanor with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
