Construction Foreman

Responsibilities:
- The applicant will be responsible for the supervision of a team of tradesmen, the role shall not be based on one site alone.
- The Foreman should be an accomplished tradesman, preferably from a carpentry background and be ‘hands-on’.
- The role will involve scheduling, procurement of materials, estimating, management of staff and general multi-tradesman tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be on island and currently working as a Construction Foreman
- Experienced, great communication skills, able to manage staff
