Our client is a leading Global Investment Manager with offices across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions. Having experienced strong growth over the last decade, they are emerging strongly from the Covid environment and have a number of upcoming strategic initiatives to implement across their APAC Corporate Real Estate strategy.

As such, they are seeking an experienced Office Hub Lead for their Tokyo office, including being responsible for Corporate Services and Facilities. As the Office Lead, you will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their Tokyo office of more than 100 staff, including activities such as front-of-house reception, business support activities for front office staff including travel management and personal logistics as well as event management. You will manage corporate services such as mail, procurement, and any external vendor management for services. You will also have responsibility for overseeing the real estate and facilities functions for the office.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or another related qualification. You will have strong prior experience managing office operations in a front office business environment and understand the particular needs of staff operating in this environment. Prior experience with another Asset Manager, Private Wealth Manager, Investment Bank or even managing a Luxury Hotel in the business environment would translate well into this role. You will be hospitality and service-oriented in your approach, combined with strong technical acumen. Bilingual English and Japanese language skills are prerequisites for this role.
