Our client is a well funded hospitality real estate investment and development platform in Vietnam with regional growth aspirations. With a strong existing land bank and capitalising on the growth of the Vietnam market, they are experiencing strong demand and an increased appetite for development.

With a strong investment team and a well established project delivery team, they are now seeking a seasoned Development Leader with strong experience in the Vietnam markets and a demonstrable track record in hospitality and residential mixed use projects.

The successful candidate will likely be from an Architectural, Real Estate Investment or another related background and have prior experience working through feasibility and conceptual design phases of development projects. You must be financially competent with development financial models and have worked across the entire development cycle from concept through detailed design, construction delivery and into operation. You will work closely between the investment and project delivery team and be responsible for a portfolio of up to 6 or 7 projects at any one time developing a major land bank in the Ho Tram region and other parts of Vietnam. You will be in tune with the current market demands and trends and be able to conceptualise projects for the second home and villa markets.

There is a competitive package on offer but would suit a senior local candidate or an expat who has localised, ideally with some Vietnamese language capability.
