Our client is a global leader in the hospitality industry, committed to innovation and operational excellence. With a strong international presence, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Director to lead their Engineering Property Management Services (EPMS) division. This is a strategic leadership role that will oversee the deployment of maintenance and energy services across an extensive hotel network.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering & Energy, the EPMS Director will be responsible for shaping and driving the EPMS offering, ensuring its seamless execution across multiple regions. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments such as Development, Legal, Operations, and Marketing, as well as managing relationships with external consultants and corporate/regional specialists. The Director will also play a pivotal role in aligning EPMS with the Group’s decarbonization strategy and overall growth objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering services within the hospitality sector, with proven expertise in leading multi-regional teams and managing complex technical operations. This role will require a strong track record of successfully implementing maintenance and energy management programs, as well as experience in financial oversight and commercial strategy. Fluency in English and French is a prerequisite along with exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
