Our client is one of the world’s leading full-service Real Estate & Property Consultancies. With a well-established business operating across the Indonesia markets, they are looking to further develop their capabilities in the Project Management Consultancy environment and as such, are looking for an Associate Director or Director level candidate to join their team to lead their Indonesia Project Management division, based in Jakarta.

As the Project Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading and growing the Project Management team and offering for them for the Indonesian markets. You will be a seasoned Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects in the Indonesian markets, as well as managing a team of Project Managers across a portfolio of projects in a Consultancy P&L environment. You will also take the lead in the work-winning environment and be comfortable networking and leading client pitches as well as managing client stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or another related qualification. You will have a strong track record delivering projects and managing teams in the Project Management Consultancy environment, including Corporate Real Estate, Commercial Building, Hospitality, and Industrial projects. You will be familiar with managing a Project Management Consultancy P&L and show capabilities in driving growth and profitability.
