Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
• Proven track record in a similar EA/Exec PA role within professional services.
• Excellent macOS and Microsoft Office suite experience.
• Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to be discreet and treat confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to adhere to the highest level of accuracy when generating work.
• Valid driver’s license
• Bookkeeping skills is a bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a professional and effective level of administrative support to assist the executive to focus on their role.
• Forward thinking, planning and strategy in a fast-paced environment using excellent time management skills.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and multiple direct reports.
• Production and distribution of basic reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of CEO.
• Significant liaison with senior members of the organization and external clients.
• Draft correspondence, checking that all work is accurate and follow company’s standards.
• Ensuring appropriate file management systems are in place.
• Active diary management, including coordinating complex travel and resource requirements.
• Ensure relevant agendas and itineraries are organized in advance.
• Payroll, pension and health insurance and management of onboarding for Cayman based staff.
• Event management and coordination
• Prompt processing of expenses
