Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the implementation of  Finance business requirements
• Responsible for reviewing current  Finance metrics and reporting provision
• Responsible for understanding the wider  Finance agenda in order to understand key challenges and needs
• Will work collaboratively with data and technical work streams to support solution development
• Will support  Finance function with data extract requests, template creation and validation and transformation ahead of migration
• Provide systems support; triage, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day issues originating from end-users
• Design/develop standard operating procedures and training guides
• Maintain robust change management documentation to satisfy internal/external audit controls and compliance practices
• Lead and support upgrades, integration, and testing activities
• Act as a functional subject matter expert on newly introduced features/products
• Recommend and implement new or improved systems or processes to help support business growth/goals
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Educate the  Finance and IT teams on new functionality
• Partner with change management teams to plan and execute proposals and priorities enhancements as per the  Finance roadmap

Required:

• Finance process experience
• Finance data analysis experience
• Finance transformation /  Finance system migrations
• Finance ERP system management in a business-as-usual capacity
• Finance ERP System Configuration with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft 365 Dynamics
• Finance ERP System Testing
• Finance ERP Data management
• Finance ERP System Risk & Controls Matrix
• Minimum of 2 years  Finance ERP System experience (from either an implementation, optimization or post deployment standpoint)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into solutions
