Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Develop and track the Annual Group Financial Plan, including monthly forecasting.
Lead cash planning and forecasting, monitoring cash balances.
Serve as the lead contact for the annual audit, ensuring IFRS compliance.
Manage financial control and analysis for international offices, including overseeing transfer pricing.
Drive financial operations for efficiency, risk mitigation, and strategic insights.
Prepare and analyze payroll.
Operational support for adhoc projects.

Preferred Experience:
- Professional accounting designation is required (CA, ACCA, CPA)
- Similar role experience highly favored.
- Knowledge of South African, US, or UK tax regimes is beneficial.
