Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own car 
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information about property, amenities, and local attractions
  • Check guests in and out, process reservations, and handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
  • Coordinate with the maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
  • Assist management with guest’s amenities – inventory and ordering
