Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Professional People & Culture certification
- Proficiency in Bamboo P&C and Microsoft Office suite
- Thorough knowledge of Cayman Islands Labor Laws
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Drive performance, engagement, productivity, and leadership development
- Execute the P&C strategy covering Recruitment, Employee Relations, Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Learning & Development, and P&C systems and budget management
- Support senior leadership in creating an empowering workplace with effective performance management and feedback
- Manage employee performance and salary reviews
- Develop and update P&C and company policies
- Act as the main contact for P&C matters
- Work with senior leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
- Analyze data and report P&C metrics to senior managers
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to find qualified talent
- Oversee recruitment activities from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with Employment & Labor Laws
