Our client, one of the fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies in Asia, has partnered with a major US-based Data Centre Developer to support its entry into the regional market. With hyperscale projects already in the pipeline, they are now seeking a Head of Pre-Construction to anchor this expansion from their new regional base in Singapore.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the early-stage delivery of large-scale data centres across Asia. Acting as the client’s representative under a PMC structure, you will lead all aspects of the pre-construction process — from feasibility and procurement to design coordination and programme strategy. Working closely with client executives, consultants, and contractors, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from concept to construction readiness.

We’re looking for someone with deep experience in mission-critical or data centre environments, ideally gained on large, fast-track builds. You’ll bring a strong mix of commercial and technical insight, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations across borders. Familiarity with the standards and processes of US developers is a plus, as is prior experience in Asia’s emerging data centre markets.
