Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary design firm, with a very strong reputation across hospitality, healthcare, and corporate workplace. Having developed a very strong design centre in Bangkok they are looking to strengthen their leadership capability in the organisation as the market begins to return.
As part of this, they are seeking to enhance their business operational structure and bring a strong HR Manager to the group to look after Studio as a whole, including Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Talent Engagement & Retention, as well as Performance Management & Training. The role would have overall responsibility for the head office HR functions and have a team of Executives and Administrators to support them in their role.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in HR within the design or consultancy industry, as well as be able to develop and install strong HR practices and systems across an already established business. You will be a well-rounded HR generalist capable of delivering tangible improvements in employee engagement, talent management, well-being, and diversity & inclusion across a culturally diverse organisation. You will have relevant professional qualifications as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
