HR Administrator – Temporary 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

  • To start immediately for a 3-6 month project, could possibly lead to a permanent role
  • HR generalist role – recruitment, immigration, onboarding, appraisals, exit interviews, payroll, benefits
  • Assist the HR team with HR initiatives, processes and procedures
  • Create reports on day to day HR activities
  • Project HR work
  • General admin tasks

Requirements: 

  • Ideally 2 years+ HR generalist experience
  • Professional HR certification would be ideal but not essential
  • Knowledge of the Cayman Islands Labor law, Immigration Law, Healthcare and Pension law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and any CRM/HR systems would be advantageous
