Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Caymanian or Permanent Resident (RERC)
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration and minimum 2 years experience in HR Administration; OR Associate’s Degree in HR/Business Administration and minimum 3 years experience in HR Administration
• Experience with an established HRIS/HRMS
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and record management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
• Valid CI Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in HR management/administration (HRCI, SHRM, CIPD, CISHRP, or equivalent)
• Experience with special projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, mainly in benefits administration, recruitment and staffing, staff event planning, and record management
• Offer administrative support for learning and development as needed
• Manage and support special projects and project management tasks
• Ensure effective record management and organizational practices
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to support departmental functions
• Utilize excellent computer skills to manage tasks using Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and departmental goals
