Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of computer systems.
• Configure and install computer hardware, software, and systems for clients.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
• Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions.
• Manage technology vendors.
• Stay abreast of how technology infrastructures are currently impacting and driving competitors.
• Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems.
• Upgrade hardware, software and system components as required.
• Solve complex problems with many variables.
• Undertake routine preventative measures and implement, maintain and monitor network security.
• Ensure systems comply with industry standards.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.

Required:

• Tertiary education in any IT / ICT related discipline.
• A+, Server+ or Network+ certification.
• Certifications in any IT/ICT related discipline.
• 5 Years Proven experience as an ICT technician or other relevant position.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
• Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
