Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement, Administer, and Support enterprise topologies, not limited to the following:
• Microsoft Server 2019, physical/virtual deployments incl AD, Exchange, hybrid cloud configurations.
• Azure & Microsoft 365 tenants and related advanced configurations (identity, security, mail etc).
• Endpoint and Mobile Management platforms.
• Nutanix AOS/AHV and related workflows around FILES, Flow & Frame.
• L2/L3 Networking and related VLAN and segmentation.
• Lead design and implementation of project tasks in support of wider project goals.
• Highest point of escalation internally for IT system issues and implementation discussions.
• Support advanced IT initiatives around infrastructure, security, networking, and application estate.
• Proficiently use daily, various infrastructure monitoring, alerting and remediation tools (e.g Solar Winds).

Required:

• Min 10yrs in IT Industry and 3 years prior experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or senior Helpdesk resource.
• Microsoft: MCSE 2016/2019 and Azure/365 Certified specialist/expert.
• CompTIA Security+, Network+ or equivalent firewall and/or HW & SW certifications.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines.
• Preferred: Cisco CCNA w/ good understanding of Layer 2/3 networking.
• Expertly Proficient with IT technologies, not limited to Microsoft AD, Azure, 365, SSO, MFA, Win 10/11.
• Exemplary technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to evaluate, prioritize, and simultaneously manage multiple independent issues/projects.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and must embody positive interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
