IT Sales and Technical Associate

Required:
- Provide IT and Computer technical support to our clients as called for by our service level agreements and project works including break fix work as required. Focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Provide pre and post sales computer technical support, documentation and other related services in support of our clients. Providing computer technical consultative
- Services to clients and assist with and create proposals for these services. Provide IT documentation, operational, security, CISO, DR and BC policies and procedures manuals and other client billable documentation as is required.
- Develop strong client relationships based on trust, skills, diplomacy, likeability, strong communication and listening skills and problem resolution.
- Adopt best practice methods and approach to all of the company’s processes.
- Become proficient with internal technical systems; ConnectWise and Labtech.
- Education Required: Certificate/Diploma Experience Required: More than 5 years.
