Our client is a leading Global Project Management Consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-profile landmark projects around the world.

As part of several recent major project wins, they are seeking a Risk Lead to join their project team for the delivery of a large master planned infrastructure project in Hong Kong. Working with the Project Director and as part of the Global Risk Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Risk Strategy and Framework for a large and complex multi-billion-dollar integrated rail network project. You will be a subject matter expert for both cost and time, providing internal and external advice across client and contractor frameworks and stakeholders. You will deliver Quantitative Risk Analysis and advise on the adequacy of contingency throughout the project lifecycle. 

The successful candidate will likely be qualified in Engineering, Construction, or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering sound risk management strategies in complex environments and the ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome. You will be an expert user of risk tools, techniques, and software, such as Active Risk Manager, riskHive, @risk, and Primavera Risk Analyser, as well as planning tools such as P6, Astra, and MS Project. Knowledge of reporting suite tools such as Power BI would also be advantageous.
