RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on performance, engagement, maximizing productivity, and building leadership capability,
• Help with P&C strategy and core areas of the P&C department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Learning & Development, as well as maintaining and improving P&C systems and management of P&C budget,
• Assist the senior leadership team to build an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching and support,
• Create, update, maintain and improve on P&C and company related policies,
• Help with recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent,
• Ensure consistent compliance to all Employment & Labor Laws,
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3+ years of People & Culture (HR) experience,
• Professional People & Culture certification highly desirable
• Proficiency in Bamboo HR and Microsoft Office suite,
• Thorough knowledge of Cayman Islands Labour Laws,
• Proven leadership and management skills,
• Strong time management and organizational skills,
• Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings.
