Project Director – Data Centre – Malaysia

Our client is one of the world’s leading Project & Cost Management firms. With a strong reputation for the delivery of Data Centre projects, they have a number of regional and global clients for which they are currently delivering projects in the region.
As such, they are looking for a Projects Director to join their busy team, overseeing a major new greenfield Data Centre project, as well as a portfolio of upgrading works across Malaysia.
The successful candidate will have at least 15 years experience delivering large scale MEP intensive projects and at least half of this specifically in the Data Centre environment. You will have operated at corporate level previously and led development projects as the project owner or owners representative. You will have experience of the full project life-cycle from planning and design management, through procurement and construction phases into hand over and operations. You will have experience leading a team of Project Directors and Managers across a portfolio of projects.
