Our client is a leading Global Project Management Consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-profile landmark projects around the world.
As part of several recent major project wins, they are seeking a Project Director to take on the delivery of a large mixed-use, retail-led development for a global investor in Delhi.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Construction, or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering high-profile, large, and complex projects in the South Asia region, ideally with large retail and mixed-use construction experience. You will have led large teams across multi-phased projects within tight time and cost constraints. Prior experience in India would be advantageous. This role will lead to further leadership opportunities in the organisation once completed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Leader to deliver large mixed-use development in India.
