Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm in the Asia region. They are currently experiencing strong demand for their services across the region and are expanding into new territories including setting up a new office in Vietnam.
As such they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record in the delivery of corporate office projects in Vietnam.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying, or another related degree and have a demonstrable track record in successfully estimating and tendering for corporate fit-out projects in the interior design and build environment in Malaysia. You will have good commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities and be used to working in tandem with Design and Project Delivery teams both pre and post-contract. You will also be well versed with the MEP and Technology components of an office fit-out project.
