With one of the most established and respected Capital Markets and Investment Sales teams in Singapore, they are in a strong position for growth coming into the new year and are looking to speak to talented Analyst or Senior Analyst-level candidates with strong exposure to the local Singapore Real Estate markets.

As such, they are looking for Analyst or Senior Analyst-level candidates to join their busy Capital Markets Real Estate team supporting their expansion of the Singapore market across large value real estate transactions in multiple asset classes. You will support the Senior Brokers in financial analysis and underwriting for RFP submissions and marketing, monitor market transactions and trends as well as maintaining a market presence in business development activities and networking exercises.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree. You will have strong financial modeling skills being able to build and run models at asset, portfolio, or company level. You will likely have spent time with another Capital Markets Brokerage team or a leading Property Investor & Developer. You must have strong English language skills, and another Asian language would be beneficial. You will have strong numeric and commercial acumen and also enjoy a highly networked client-facing environment. You will have a demonstrable track record in driving and delivering results, but above all have the right approach and attitude to bring to the organisation and team. An entrepreneurial spirit and determination with a collaborative attitude. In return, there is a strong commission structure available with excellent career development prospects.
