Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of new solutions ensuring designs meet security architecture and customer requirements, and fully exploit the capabilities of the application.
• Plan and execute ERP system and version upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Design, create, and modify apps, workflows, reports and workspaces within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Take ownership of ERP customization projects, utilizing tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, SSRS, SSMS, Lifecycle Services, and the Application Object Tree.
• Work with business users to elicit requirements and develop comprehensive design specifications to maximize the benefit of their business applications.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Project Management team and Application Support specialists on all tasks and projects.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an information technology or business-related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience supporting ERP systems, 3 years of which as the technical lead.
• Technical proficiency as a Dynamics 365 technical/functional expert in one or more modules of D365.
• Proven experience implementing Dynamics ERP solutions: GP, Business Central, D365 F&O, CRM, SCM, & Human Resources.
• Deep knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Data verse, Power Platform, X++ and Visual Studio to build and extend Dynamics finance and operations apps.
• Strong analytical skills including an innate ability to interpret business needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications; D365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer, &/or D365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
