Responsibilities:

• Researching current policies and procedures in order to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify pain points and opportunities that may increase process efficiency within new future state processes.
• Create process documentation and flow diagrams using BPM tools and software, clearly defining end-to-end use cases, which will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and projects including managing communication with stakeholders, and managing the documentation and deliverables throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Continuously analyze, review, and redesign functional processes to eliminate variations, remove non-value added activities, bottlenecks and delays.
• Supporting the Project Management Department with the development and improvement of business process analysis practices and templates, including identifying areas for improvement with the department’s own internal processes for project management, testing and delivery.

Required:

• Degree level qualification preferably in Business, Engineering, or other related fields. Six Sigma/ Lean knowledge and certification or Business Analyst certification (e.g. ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) would be preferable.
• 3-5 years lead analyst experience on complex or transformational projects in the banking and financial services industry, utilizing technology solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive business knowledge in Finance and Banking.
• Experience with business process modeling tools and software.
• Project Management Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle knowledge desirable.
