Senior Buyer – Hospitality F&B – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading developers and operators of family and all-inclusive resorts globally. With a strong existing resort portfolio in the region and a strong pipeline of new projects underway, they are looking for a Senior Buyer with an F&B focus to join their busy team, based in Singapore and covering the APAC region.
As the F&B Buyer for the APAC region, you will be supporting the Regional Purchasing Manager in several key areas including the sourcing of high-quality F&B goods and services for the region. You will monitor and manage spend as well as suppliers and be able to source new suppliers in line with the company strategy for F&B services.
The successful candidate will have prior exposure to the hospitality industry, ideally within resort management, and a strong existing network of suppliers in the region. You will have exposure to wide geographical areas across the APAC region and have strong organisational and IT skills and ideally be bilingual in English with a regional Asian language.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious F&B Buyer to take on a regional role in the Hotel Resort environment based in Singapore.
