Senior Insolvency Manager – BVI
Salary $110,000 – $145,000 USD
An insolvency and restructuring consultancy are hiring to an Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager in their BVI office. With a presence in multiple jurisdictions and a track record of double-digit growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic and ambitious team. As an Insolvency Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team, managing a portfolio of cases and ensuring the delivery of outstanding services.
Responsibilities:
– Provide managerial and leadership guidance for a portfolio of cases.
– Foster professional development within the team and maximize their potential.
– Develop and train the team, setting goals and targets.
– Administer corporate insolvency cases across multiple jurisdictions.
– Manage cases from start to finish.
– Maintain IPS, Case diaries, and make strategic recommendations where appropriate.
– Liaise with and instruct professional advisers.
– Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and legislation.
– Complete casework for Directors and Managing Directors.

Requirements:
– CPI Qualified and ideally JIEB (or equivalent).
– Strong knowledge of restructuring, insolvency, and financial investigations.
– Familiarity with contentious insolvency, cross-border, and financial services skill sets.
– Desire to develop networks and participate in market-facing activities.
– Willingness to work towards and achieve post-graduate qualifications.
– Awareness of financial targets and constraints and ability to contribute to their achievement.
