Our client is a leading Global Property Consultancy acting on behalf of major international Corporate Real Estate Clients as well as local SME’s in Singapore. As part of their domestic growth plans, they are seeking to recruit a further Senior Manager level Solution Sales specialist to join their busy Facilities Services Sales Team in Singapore to focus on the SME market and support their Regional and Global Accounts team.
As part of their Solution Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in line with their strategic sales plan. You will lead the client relationship throughout the work-winning process from first contact through RFP, solution design and commercial negotiation and implementation.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering growth in a competing organisation in Facilities Management or a complementary industry. You will have demonstrated strong leadership in the sales environment and astute capabilities in pipeline management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Business Development professional to join a Global Facilities Service Provider expanding in Singapore and the region.
