Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted business development strategies for practice areas.
- Manage M&BD budgets and guide financial planning in collaboration with practice leaders.
- Analyze client and market data to drive business development and marketing efforts.
- Oversee major marketing campaigns and optimize returns from key sponsorships.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and mentor junior team members to execute plans effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in marketing or business development within the finance or asset management sectors.
- At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a global legal or professional services firm.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client account management and client-facing business development.
- Proven track record of achieving results in a partnership environment and team management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email platforms, and content management systems.
