Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

They are currently in the process of putting together a team to deliver a multi-billion dollar Pharmaceutical plant in Singapore and are keen to speak to project delivery candidates with strong experience in delivering highly complex pharmaceutical plant projects. You will have experience delivering QS, Cost and Contracts functions for large greenfield or brownfield pharmaceutical plants, ideally in Singapore. This will be a seconded role into the clients internal projects team.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or Procurement. You will be familiar with Singapore construction regulations as well as procurement and contractor networks. You will likely have experience working in a clients representative environment or within a major EPCM firm. With current restrictions around travel and work pass availability, you will ideally be resident in Singapore with existing right to work.
