Responsibilities:

• This is a client-facing, revenue generating role. Core responsibilities are the provision of expert technical support and guidance for the recommendation, development and implementation of Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, Exagrid and Hybrid Cloud technology solutions. The successful candidate is also expected to provide 2nd / 3rd line technical support to our clients and will be expected to own any IT support escalations from the Service Desk. They are reporting to the Professional Services Manager and may also be expected to assist the Sales Teams with any pre-sales engagements with technical guidance for client proposals.

Required:

• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience working with Microsoft, VMware and Veeam networking technologies.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience of Microsoft 20xx Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V 2016/2019 with a current Microsoft MCSAMCSE 2016 certification or similar.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience of installing, configuring and supporting Nutanix and Exagrid technologies with a suitable vendor Certifications.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure with a current Microsoft 365 and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Experience of Veeam Backup, Cylance Protect and various vendor Anti-Virus Products.
• Experience of installing, configuring and supporting VMware Vsphere ESXi with a valid VMware VCP 6/7 certification.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience working with DELL and HPE Server hardware
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with DELL and HPE SAN solutions.
• Consumer awareness and confidence with dealing with clients at all levels.
• Strong communication skills and experience in the delivery of Projects and IT services.
• Computer Science or IT related Degree.
• Experience of CISCO Catalyst, CISCO Meraki and HPE Aruba Switching, Routing and Firewall technologies with a Cisco CCNA and CCNP Certification.
• Previous experience of working for a Consultancy firm or Value-Added Reseller
• MICROSOFT Azure and M365 Certifications
• Nutanix Sales and Technical Certifications
