Software Support Technician

Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven history of Project Management
- Strong background in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong analytical abilities, including workflow management.
- Previous experience with high volume POS systems (2-3 years)
- SQL knowledge is a plus
