Our client, a global leader in corporate real estate services, is expanding its APAC footprint with a clear focus on integrated delivery across Facilities Management, Projects, and Transaction Management. To support this growth, they are seeking a Regional Solutions & Sales Lead based in Singapore to spearhead strategic pursuits and lead solution development across the region.
In this senior role, you will drive the end-to-end sales strategy—from market engagement and pursuit planning to solution design and commercial negotiation. Partnering closely with in-country sales teams, you will provide leadership and structure to complex bids, ensuring proposals are client-focused, competitive, and operationally sound. You’ll bring together cross-functional experts to craft tailored, value-driven solutions that resonate with both local SMEs and global occupiers.
You’ll also be responsible for aligning the regional go-to-market approach with evolving client needs, managing the APAC pipeline, and mentoring sales talent across countries. Your ability to lead collaboratively across diverse markets—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement—will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales or solutions leadership within real estate, FM, or a related services sector. Experience working across multiple APAC markets is essential, along with commercial fluency, client gravitas, and the ability to simplify complex service offerings into compelling value propositions.
