Account Manager, Trusts

Responsibilities:

• Day to day administration of a diversified portfolio of trusts and their related investment holding companies
• Conducting regular reviews of investments
• Trust deeds
• Drafting minutes / resolutions
• Handling compliance related matters

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years PQE
• Relevant trust experience in an offshore environment
• Bachelors degree and professional trustee OR legal qualification
• Understanding of corporate structures
• Knowledge of current issues involved in offshore trusts and underlying company arrangements and statutory requirements
• MS office suite and viewpoint
• STEP would be an asset along with previous experience with trust accounting database applications
