Prepares and analyzes financial statements and other managerial reports;
Regularly submit to the management a budget monitoring report with variance analyses;
Prepares and submits financial report to ESO;
Performs bank reconciliation of 10 accounts at minimum;
Reviews and oversees transactions lodged in Quickbooks by the bookkeeper and/or accounts assistant;
Reviews, monitors, and ensures collection of receivables and takes part in the preparation of payment application and certificate including change orders to the client;
Reviews, monitors and ensures accuracy of payments to suppliers and vendors.
Process payroll and all government required contributions;
Establish internal control policies and improve accounting procedures;
Perform other tasks as may be required from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. CA/CPA will be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same capacity
With 2 years solid experience in Accounting
QuickBooks, Peachtree and Buildertrend – would be beneficial
CI$36,000 to CI$48,000 per annum plus pension and health insurance benefits in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands
