Accountant, Qualified – Contract Role to 2021

Responsibilities:

• Testing, reconciliation and validation of new portfolio ledger and general ledger system
• Booking Test Trades
• Proving out trading book PnL
• Ensuring cashflows are accurate
• Valuation of securities and then ensuring the flow to the general ledger is correct (debits and credits)
• On the Private Equity side, there is also some wider data migration and analysis work

Requirements:

• Accounting qualification
• Financial control or product control experience (debits and credits, journal entry) with investment securities;
• i.e. equities, fixed income, derivatives, hedge funds, private equity
